This idea sometimes intimidates folks. Sometimes leaders want to believe that he or she should be “great” in every area. Well, the truth is: The more you progress the LESS you will deal with the details of your work center. You want people who can handle the job when you are not there.
Everyone needs a break. Everyone needs a vacation from time to time. Don’t create a work center that is dependent on your presence to operate. If the operation will fail while you are away for 3 days…You have some problems that need to be addressed.
